A random file started popping up in my desktop named SZCCID

Hello i don't know from where did this file started popping up named SZCCID i deleted it every time but it create its self every time i reset my pc if any one have similar problem or found solution pls tell me .

    Run Process Monitor and trace the activity in the desktop folder.

    In the Filter menu, add an entry for "Path is C:\Users\Public\Desktop". Then let it run and see if it catches the process that is creating that file.

    Here is an example Create File event. Note the process and user that is creating your SZCCID file.

    You can't remove the permission because the file is inheriting it from the folder. That SID may be referencing an account that was deleted at some point.

    You commented: "but it create its self every time i reset my pc". By reset do you mean reboot?

    If procmon does not capture the file creation then you may need to log boot events.
